Orders and Shipping
To place an order on Tyreland.ae, browse our selection of car tires and choose the product that fits your needs. Select the tire size and quantity, then click “Add to Cart” and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and payment information, review your order, and click “Place Order” to complete your purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details shortly after placing your order.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Cash on Delivery (Available in select locations)
Please note that payment must be made in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@tyreland.ae or call +971 54 750 0522. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations.
We offer the following shipping options within the UAE:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability. We will provide you with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United Arab Emirates. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping costs vary based on the shipping method and your location. The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order by logging into your account on Tyreland.ae and navigating to the “My Orders” section.
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@tyreland.ae or call +971 54 750 0522. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and guide you through the return process.
Currently, we do not offer in-store pickup. All orders are shipped directly to your address.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. Please note that some items, such as custom or special order tires, may not be eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@tyreland.ae or call +971 54 750 0522. Provide your order number and the reason for the return, and we will guide you through the return process.
Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Yes, we offer exchanges for different sizes or models within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original, unused condition and packaging. Please contact us at info@tyreland.ae or call +971 54 750 0522 to request an exchange.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@tyreland.ae or call +971 54 750 0522. We will arrange for a return, exchange, or refund and cover the shipping costs for the return.
Yes, certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Custom or special order tires.
- Items that have been used, installed, or damaged by the customer.
- Items not in their original condition or missing parts or accessories.
We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your returned item. If your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email along with details about your refund or exchange.
Items purchased on sale or with a discount are eligible for return or exchange, provided they meet the return conditions and are returned within the 14-day return window. However, refunds for sale items will be processed at the sale price, not the original price.
