Thank you for shopping at Tyreland.ae. We aim to provide the best quality car tires and services to our customers in the UAE. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that certain items, such as custom or special order tires, may not be eligible for return.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
3. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or model, please contact us at info@tyreland.ae or call us at +971 54 750 0522 within 14 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the exchange process and help you find the right product.
4. Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning or exchanging an item unless the item is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or special order tires.
- Items that have been used or installed.
- Items not in their original condition or missing parts.
