These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of mobile tyre sales, on-site fitting, dynamic balancing, puncture repairs, and roadside automotive services provided by Tyreland Dubai across Dubai, UAE.

1. Service Scope & Dispatch

Tyreland provides on-demand mobile tyre fitting and emergency assistance. Estimated arrival times (typically 15–20 minutes) are provided in good faith and may vary subject to Dubai traffic, adverse weather, or road closures.

2. Pricing & Quotations

All prices quoted include the brand-new tyre, on-site fitting, dynamic computerized wheel balancing, and old tyre disposal unless otherwise expressly stated. Pricing is confirmed prior to dispatch.

3. Warranty & Guarantees

All brand new tyres supplied by Tyreland are covered by official manufacturer warranties against manufacturing defects in compliance with UAE consumer protection regulations. Puncture repairs are performed according to international safety standards.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay) and cash on-site.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates.
